Delivery

We only deliver to the United Kingdom due to licensing. 

We aim to fulfill your order within 3-5 working days. Exact shipping costs can be seen when you enter your delivery details on the checkout page.

We also offer free shipping when you spend £100 or more. This offer will be automatically applied to your order. This offer only applies if the entire order is being delivered to the one address, not multiple addresses.

Returns

If you wish to return your Bar in the Box to us, you have up to 30 days after purchase to do so. Once we have received it back, and have checked that it is still in the condition in which we sent it to you, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at: info@bar-in-the-box.co.uk with your order number, name and address so we can find the order.

If you do decide to return your order when it is not faulty then you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
